Sweet Goodbye (prologue)

ive written this poem a long time ago, I first posted this one on AllPoetry.com

my angel of heartbreak, i saw
down at the boulevard of unanswered prayers
i watched her smile as she go
then comes streaming a sea of tears
which turned her smile into a grin
transposed love into ire
for what she had witnessed is something unjust;
the one she love is kissing the one she trust

a furious devil left the place
whispering an endless curse:
"may you find no happiness with the one you chose
may you live in disgrace until times end
hope you suffer famine while your beside her"
it is a cruel wish may come not true
because deep inside my angel's eyes comes the sweetest goodbye
