I hope

thought it'd be hard for me
to let go of your memory
to think not of you daily
to forget you entirely

but it seemed to be to easy
for me to get rid of your memory
though i can see you daily
i've forgotten you entirely

it was never wrong for me
to take you out of my memory
'coz my love grows daily
and i don't wanna fall entirely

it is the best move
for me to do, than to hold on
to a wish that would never come true
than to love you and make my self blue

'tis the best decision i made
i hope..

i would write you a Letter
but my paper's not enough
to teLL you how i adore you
how i wished to be next to you
now i wish for time not to pass
'coz i don't want this dream to last.

i wouLd write you a Letter
but there aren't enough ink,pencils or pens
to Let you know how you make me crazy
by the things you do
how you make my heart beat faster
and gasp for air a LittLe harder
whenever we're together.

i would write you a Letter
but i'm scared
i don't know how to start
and how to end
i'm afraid that if i start
it would end never
'coz i want to be with you forever.

Sweet Goodbye (prologue)

ive written this poem a long time ago, I first posted this one on AllPoetry.com

my angel of heartbreak, i saw
down at the boulevard of unanswered prayers
i watched her smile as she go
then comes streaming a sea of tears
which turned her smile into a grin
transposed love into ire
for what she had witnessed is something unjust;
the one she love is kissing the one she trust

a furious devil left the place
whispering an endless curse:
"may you find no happiness with the one you chose
may you live in disgrace until times end
hope you suffer famine while your beside her"
it is a cruel wish may come not true
because deep inside my angel's eyes comes the sweetest goodbye

Halalan 2010

Inspired by Francis Magalona's 1992 song "Halalan"

Ang mga taong dati’y walang pakialam

Ngayon ay siyang nagmama-alam

‘Pagkat nalalapit na ang halalan

Mistulang mga payaso

Na nag-aagawan sa pwesto

Puro banat sa kalaban kesyo ganito kesyo ganyan

Para lang manalo sa halalan

Ang lahat nagpapapogi

Para lamang magwagi

Umaa-asang maloloko ang taong bayan

Sabik sa kapangyarihan

Ang iba nating kababayan

Kung kaya’ta ayaw patalo sa halalan

Ano nga ba ang meron sa mga upuan

At nag-uunahan at nagpapatayan

Para lamang manalo sa halalan

Yaman ba ng bayan ang tanging inaasam

Na lulustayin para sa sarili lamang

Kapag sila’y nanalo sa halalan

Kilalanin nating mabuti

Kilatisin ng maigi ang bawat kandidato

Sa darating na halalan

Tayo’y ‘wag sanang magpagoyo

Nang hindi tayo magsisi

‘Pag mangga-gantso ang nanalo sa halalan

Isang Panalangin

ang bawat salitang ipinunla
at pilit na pinagtutugma
upang maging isang tula
ay laan lamang sa'yo Ama

nais kong magpasalamat
ngayong araw ako'y namulat
ng may ngiti sa aking mukha
tanda ng dusang napawi na

sa hapag-kainan may tinapay
upang humaba ang aking buhay
ito ay aking kakanin
kasabay ng isang panalangin

na kami'y lagi mong gabayan
sa pagtahak ng bawat daan
na maputik man at malubak
ay tatawirin namin ng buong galak

8:30 A.M.

Binibining marikit
na hindi nawawala
kahit ako'y pumikit

Ako'y bigyan ng pagkakataon
na ikaw ay makilala
bago matapos ang maghapon

Nang magkaroon ng saysay
ligaya at saya
itong aking buhay
